Terms of Service

These pilot terms govern organizers and attendees using Hello Local Clubs and its ComeTogether Android companion.

Using the pilot

You must provide accurate information, protect your account credentials and be at least 16 years old. The service is an evolving pilot, so features may change and test data may occasionally need correction or removal.

Organizer responsibilities

Organizers are responsible for the legality, accuracy, safety, accessibility and delivery of their clubs and events. They must have permission to use uploaded text and images, honor advertised arrangements, manage cancellations fairly, and comply with local laws, permits, tax and consumer obligations.

Attendee responsibilities

Attendees must provide accurate booking information, follow reasonable event rules and cancel places they cannot use. A booking records a place or waitlist position; it does not guarantee that an independent organizer will deliver an event.

Payments

Web payment collection is not currently active. A displayed price is informational during the pilot unless the organizer clearly arranges payment separately. Hello Local Clubs does not presently hold attendee funds or mediate payment disputes.

Cancellations and communications

Organizers may edit or cancel events. We may send operational emails or push notifications about bookings, waitlists, changes and reminders. These are service communications rather than marketing.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for illegal, deceptive, discriminatory, dangerous or abusive activity; attempt unauthorized access; upload malicious material; scrape personal data; impersonate others; or interfere with service operation.

Content and intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you submit and grant us a limited license to host, resize, display and transmit it for operating and promoting the relevant club or event. The Hello Local Clubs interface, branding and software remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law.

Availability and liability

The pilot is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for independent organizers, attendee conduct, event safety, indirect loss or interruptions beyond our reasonable control. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.

Suspension and changes

We may restrict accounts or content that creates risk or violates these terms. We may update these terms as the product develops; continued use after notice means the revised terms apply.
