Who operates this service

Hello Local Clubs is an early-stage club-management platform operating through hellolocalclubs.com. Questions and privacy requests can be sent through our Contact page.

Information we collect

We collect account details such as name, email address and password credentials; club and event information supplied by organizers; booking, waitlist and attendance records; uploaded club or event images; device notification tokens when the companion app is used; and limited technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use information

We use this information to create accounts, publish events, manage capacity and waitlists, send confirmations and reminders, support organizers, prevent abuse, diagnose failures and improve the pilot. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

The pilot uses specialist providers for hosting, data storage, transactional email, mobile notifications, subscription management, and Google Play billing. These providers process information under their own security and privacy terms.

Storage and international processing

Our providers may process data in countries outside your own. We use reputable infrastructure providers and limit stored information to what the pilot needs.

Retention

Account, club and booking records are retained while the account or pilot remains active and for a reasonable period needed for support, security and legal obligations. Images are removed when replaced or deleted where technically practical. Backup copies may persist temporarily.

Your choices and rights

You can correct event information through the organizer dashboard and cancel bookings through the event page. You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information. Applicable privacy law may provide additional rights.

Children

The service is not directed to children under 16. Organizers are responsible for obtaining any permissions required for activities involving minors.

Security and changes

We use encrypted connections, restricted credentials and managed infrastructure, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Material policy changes will be posted here with a revised date.
